September 16, 2025I’ve lived here for almost a year now and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The office staff is always friendly, attentive, and eager to help with any questions or concerns, making the leasing process and day-to-day communication easy and stress free. The maintenance team is just as pleasant they respond quickly to requests, are professional, and truly go out of their way to ensure everything is taken care of. The community itself is quiet, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, which ...makes it a great place to call home. Horrible management and maintenance
January 26, 2023I have been living there for more than four years, and every year it is getting worse. The management keep changing and getting worse and the same thing for maintenance. The place is very old and need a lot of fixing. Water leaking from ceiling and wall and things are failing a part and the only thing that keep increasing is the rent for nothing in return. They keep trying to fix however every week or two they come back to try again. The maintained lack experience and you can not hold the ...management to their word to do anything. Before you rent there, try to go and look at the pool or gym or even the management office and you will see what is the problem there.
