Apartment renter
August 4, 2019I have lived at the Westwood Square apartments for 9 years. In that time frame we have had 3 owners. The first owner kept up on the repairs and. Kept the grounds clean but did no major improvements. The second owner did little to no repairs or improvements and my husband and I kept the grounds clean. The new owners took over the apartments in May and already repaved the parking lot, took care of the emergency plumbing issues, replaced the electrical panels, brought the kitchen and bathroom ...outlets up to code, repainted the exterior of the buildings and had a new fence built. They have an email address for the manager and she responds within 1 business day. The grounds are not kept completely clean, but with all the other work being done that's not a major issue. The second owner removed the playground area and this is not a smoke free complex. Pets are allowed, with a non-refundable pet deposit. I have a German Shepherd.
