    anytime I have a problem with either packages maintenance or even my Wi-Fi — that the apartment does not manage — she is an easy point of contact and everything gets done same day. I needed someone to be at my apartment while a technician visited, and within the same hour she had already taken care of it. she is a brand new manager and already she is handling business. thank you!

    We have been here 5 years and these apartments aren't bad at all! They are fast to fix whatever is broken in a timely matter, and it's peaceful living. The office manager is fantastic, kind and very friendly! Never once have we had an issue with her at all. Even the maintenance man is quick to repair things and is very friendly.

    My apartments are very old. And need to be updated. My apartment was roach infested when i moved in and still is. They just put some moth balls in the walls to help kill the insects but the smell is coming into our vents and now my apt smells like moth balls.
