Poor Foundation
December 28, 2020Foundation was poor, whenever it rained the basement would leak. Maintenance was friendly however, with multiple calls and complaints about our basement leaking it was poorly patched up. This resulted in us needing to have a bucket in the corner of our basement for the rest of our stay to catch the water. Kitchen and appliances are outdated. Walls are thin so if there is a family next to you, expect to hear running and stomping all day from the children and dogs barking. It is unfortunate because ...the staff is friendly but you can tell Singh only cares about making money and not about the residents. Would not recommend unless you have a lot of expendable income and an overpriced apartment doesn't bother you. Horrible management
May 11, 2017Just stay away!! The current manager of the apartments is a rude, uncouth liar. It takes forever for them to attend to issues. I have a furnace that has been out of commission for 3 weeks now and is still not fixed despite several calls. Even worse still, all equipment and house fixings installed by them are very poor quality. I definitely will not be renewing my lease this fall. This lease undoubtedly has been the biggest mistake of my life.
