Living at a resort
September 20, 2024I have lived here for over 4 years with my 2 sons. Over the years, friends visiting from up north, have told me that I live at a resort and I have to remind myself that this is not normal. It's a beautiful place, just check out the concert series in the summer that features local artists performing live music at an outdoor pavilion and sometimes at the pool with food trucks brought in. A visit to the pool in summer will remove any doubt that you want to move in as soon as possible. The staff ...is attentive, friendly, and professional. The online portal is user friendly and the keyless entry is extremely convenient. I find the rent reasonable compared to the other similar options on Daniel Island and the rent has not risen as sharply as other properties on DI.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful place!
June 30, 2020My husband and I have traveled a lot and hands down this is the most comfortable, in great condition and friendly place we have ever rented! The amenities are unreal and kept perfectly clean. The front office and everyone working at the Wharf 7 are incredibly sweet and helpful anytime we needed anything. Great place to live!

AWFUL
April 30, 2020This place used to be the darling of Daniel Island. Now it's the West Ashtray of Daniel Island. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. New management from Northland is awful. They cut back on community events and property has gone down the drains. Absolute shame. Office personnel have zero customer service and are very rude. Maintenance is ok at best. Dog park is never cleaned, grills barely work and clubhouse hours are extremely limited and grounds aren't maintained.Review from Apartments.com
My Life at the Wharf
March 3, 2019I have been living at Wharf 7 since October. I must admit I was a bit nervous about transitioning from a private home situation to apartment living. Well....I could not be happier. The apartments are lovely AND quiet!!! The ladies in the leasing office are all very friendly and accommodating. They love my sweet dog Tucker and he loves them!! Any maintenance concerns are taken care of in a timely manner. The maintenance fellows are so friendly and helpful. Each month there are fun events scheduled ...in the club house. If you are looking to live on Daniel Island , come and check out the Wharf. You won't be disappointed! A great place for all ages.Donna LProperty Manager Responded
