Great Transition from a House

After selling my house, I was worried about adjusting to apartment life, but Wheaton Village really feels more like my own condo unit. The 2-car garage is a huge plus, having my own washer and dryer, and not hearing neighbors through the walls or anything makes it seem more like a condo than apartments. I haven’t lived here long, but am seeing familiar faces as I walk my dog and all the neighbors are polite and friendly. Can’t wait to attend my first community event. Aside from all of that, I ...

might’ve moved into Wheaton Village just because of how amazingly attentive and accommodating the property manager, Bobbi, is. She understood the stresses of moving and was quick to offer to help with WiFi/cable, walked me through creating an account on the community portal, and just overall made it an easier adjustment for me. Beautiful setting close to shopping and easy to get wherever you want to go in Columbus. Apartment is spacious, clean, and well-kept inside and out. Today we have been 1 year and love it. Property manager is great, any questions or requests are answered right away, and she is always pleasant. Maintenance staff is courtesy and promptly handles ant problems.
