The new apartment manager in the last year was just ok. No amenities but similar places around with extras for the same price. Sometimes noisy and parking is difficult. Future construction all around the area, so look at the vacant lots. Good location but better options in the area.

Prime location and quiet neighborhood!!

I just relocated here from Los Angeles. Savannah was most accommodating by getting me into my studio in less than a week. They are responsive and are located in a prime location in Sellwood. I was thinking about relocating in a year but may stay with them since the building is relatively new and the washer/dryer located in the units is so convenient.
