November 23, 2025The internet in this apartment has been extremely poor. I’m not sure why, but many common websites and apps simply won’t load. In addition, the apartment’s events are frequently cancelled or rescheduled, which is very disappointing.Property Manager Responded

April 15, 2025Maintenance never responds. Staff is not great at communicating anything. Rent keeps getting raised without any improvements to property. Overall just not a good experience.Property Manager Responded

March 15, 2025The apartment was okay for a place in Federal Hill with the cheapest rent. The roommates can be a serious hit or miss and can impact the co-living experience. Bedroom came furnished which was nice. The kitchen was also decently stocked up from previous tenants so it minimize the need to buy a lot of things.Property Manager Responded
