Did a walkthrough of a few apartments and from what I've seen they are in pretty good condition. But I want to give these 5 stars specifically for Timishia, one of the leasing agents. I scheduled a tour with her and she showed me two different apartments. She was very informative and was willing to answer all of my questions. I returned later that day letting her know I wanted to apply for an apartment. Even though the office was about to close for the day, she was kind enough to show me a tour ...
of the apartment they offering me upon request so we toured three apartments altogether that day. When I told her I wasn't satisfied with the apartment they were offering and told her the layout I was specifically looking for, she took it upon herself to find three more apartments that suited my needs, called me back the next day and gave me a tour of each one. I was able to choose the one I wanted and go through with the application process. I got approved and I am now waiting to move in my new place. Timishia was very diligent, kind, and made sure all my needs were met. For anyone looking to move here, Timishia is the girl to consult.
