About Whetstone Manor

Built in 1998, Whetstone Manor is a 50 unit, 8 building apartment complex located on the outer edge of pleasant Bucyrus, Ohio. We offer two and three bedroom units with plenty of parking in this quiet part of town, and each unit even has some outdoor space for relaxing on those nice spring days. All of our units are single-story, so no need to worry about stairs! Every unit is cable-ready, and your only bills are Electric, Water, and Cable. There is a Walmart and a golf course less than 2 miles away and a YMCA just down the street, along with plenty of other shopping just a bit further into town. The rent price is reasonable and management and maintenance are very helpful. It’s a decent place to live if you’re trying to save money on rent, but be aware that there are some downfalls. The windows and walls are paper thin and allow a ton of sound and cold air through. It can be tough in the cold winter months on the electric bill. This complex used to be Morgan Manor, I lived here years ago. I am back now and very pleased with the changes in ownership and management. The maintenance staff is on top of things. Close to town but not noisy.

These are the most peaceful apartments in bucyrus, no drama or bad tenants. The only negative thing to say about them is the parking lot needs fixed. Absolutely best place if u need to live in an apartment.

I love this apartment complex. Amy is the landlord and she is amazing. The apartments are open and spacious. They are quiet on the out skirts of town but close enough if you need something. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. They are affordable and very clean.

I've lived here for a year and its a nice place to live. the apartments a huge compared to other apartments I've lived in. the management people are nice. when i have a question all i have to do is email them or call and they answer my questions quickly and professionally i defiantly would recommend living here
