Built in 1998, Whetstone Manor is a 50 unit, 8 building apartment complex located on the outer edge of pleasant Bucyrus, Ohio. We offer two and three bedroom units with plenty of parking in this quiet part of town, and each unit even has some outdoor space for relaxing on those nice spring days. All of our units are single-story, so no need to worry about stairs! Every unit is cable-ready, and your only bills are Electric, Water, and Cable. There is a Walmart and a golf course less than 2 miles away and a YMCA just down the street, along with plenty of other shopping just a bit further into town. February 28, 2018The rent price is reasonable and management and maintenance are very helpful. It’s a decent place to live if you’re trying to save money on rent, but be aware that there are some downfalls. The windows and walls are paper thin and allow a ton of sound and cold air through. It can be tough in the cold winter months on the electric bill. Also a lot of the residents are inconsiderately loud. This is very frustrating if you have to go to bed early for work in the morning because these people don’t ...seem to ever go to bed. There are also a lot of dogs that tend to bark at inconvenient times.
