About Whiskey Row Lofts
Gorgeous apartments in two Civil War-era buildings offer unique living spaces in the midst of downtowns newest entertainment district, next door to the KFC Yum! Center and surrounded by all of downtown. Two styles of apartments offer high ceilings, lots of natural light, large windows, some in 2-story loft spaces. Original materials like wood flooring, plaster, and windows remain where possible, and reclaimed wood from throughout the building has found new uses. The 36 apartments complement very unique special event spaces, commercial space, and restaurants. Unique apartment layouts, sizes, and styles offer a wide variety of choices and monthly rents. Some units have original restored hardwood flooring, elaborate molding, and historic doors. Other units feature polished concrete floors, exposed ceiling joists, open floor plans and small balconies or semi-private decks.
