What we have here is a seniors only, reduced rent, 200 unit apartment complex. Where to start? Most of the buildings in the 2 story complex have extensive mold and /or mildew, which is evident in the black streaks outside the building and discoloration under cheap linoleum in the bathrooms. unlock the recreation center to provide relief from the heat for 3 days and nights. There is a effort by management to remove long standing residents, using informants, with assumptions of lease violations or flat out lies which are not substantiated. It's bad, we gone.
