I wouldn’t recommend no one here
April 10, 2021Maintenance leaving nails in the parking lot. The apartments parking lot lines they’re very uneven somebody hit my car smh. The camera’s doesn’t work (false advertising) no peace and quiet at all people be out late night blasting music. The police doesn’t patrol out here like they should... Weed smell coming through the vents and I have a newborn, dishwasher don’t work half of every apartment sliding screen door off plus trash in the parking lot. August 19, 2019This property gets an F plus! Management is horrendous. They don’t keep the grounds maintained properly. I live. In my five bedroom unit for one month my family was without AIR in July 2018. No! management did not reimburse me for the three A/C’s that I had to buy. I was very eager for my lease to expire. Black mold
September 9, 2017After two years of requesting that the roof be repaired of a five bedroom townhome black mold starting to grow in the walls of the third floor bedroom. Instead of replacing the drywall they patched it over with joint compound. The second-floor bedroom underneath the third-floor bedroom also showed water damage and possible black mold on that floor and in that room. The heating and cooling is very poor. The apartment staff is very kind in the beginning but if you have a problem with anything ...in the apartments they give you a load of fluff and repairs are made for weeks even months. Totally not worth the money you pay for rent. I rated them a one only because there wasn't a zero rating.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Looks can be deceiving
October 6, 2015The management can get you in the beginning to make it seems as if it is all great. There maintenance and management is horrible. Things fall apart and doesn't get fixed until you keep bothering them. And management its all smiles at first then they became mean.Review from Apartments.com
