December 12, 2023I applied here as a way to save money, because I was over qualified financially to make the rent. They took my application and then ghosted me. Refused my calls, at both the apartment office and then corporate center. So shady. Then they tell me I was denied, but refuse to tell me why. Waste of time.Review from Apartments.com
Be careful with this place!
June 4, 2022I saw a studio apartment nothing like the picture shown, the apt was dirty, cabinets broken, bathroom toilet old problem flushing, bathrom cabinet fell apart, bathroom mirror was broken and painted over. There was a horrible smell in the apt because they painted, which was a very sloppy job done, turned off the power and had the apt closed. The floor needs cocking tiles in between very black and a molded water/heater in a closet. They took my application fee of $80, they offered to show a ...renovated apt another day I got there and they didn't want to show it to me they said to leave the office. I am asking for a refund.
