Nice apartments for the price. Nice wooded back yard and walking distance to stores. Easy on / easy off Highway 33. Cloquet has pretty much anything we needed on a regular basis. Was worth the drive working in Duluth, not to have to live there and pay high rents. Nice being a little closer to the Twin Cities and not so cold in the spring time. I can't complain.

Decent apartments for the area, great location with trees and a playground in back, and close to the freeway. Lots of kids, which can be great for families but can be loud at times. Management is selectively responsive, depending on the issue. No assigned parking, though some of the long term residents have "claimed" spots and will leave a note on your car if you park there.
