August 9, 2018I moved into Whispering Pines in 1994, raised my son there, and I am still living there! I love the spaciousness of my two bedroom apartment. There is a gracious amount of closet space and large bedrooms. All my maintenance needs are met in more than a timely manner! August 7, 2018My experience living at Whispering Pine Apartment has been awesome. Nice and quiet. Feel very safe. The apartment manger does an awesome job. Keeps the complex clean and updated. Anything goes wrong or need to be done in a timely matter, she makes sure that it gets completely. The maintenance guys also does an awesome. Yes my experience has been great. Awesome!!!
April 29, 2018I have lived here for 1 yr now and I have nothing but positive things to say about the property! Kelly, the property manager is very nice and knowledgeable about all her tenants and their needs. The apartments are very clean and well kept , also any issues are tended to immediately. One thing I would like to have changed is to put a ceiling fan in the bedrooms instead of one just in the dining area. Also, an upgrade on the playground as it is quite out dated. Other than that, this is a wonderful ...place to live and I would truly recommend it to anyone!Property Manager Responded

Couldn’t be better
March 2, 2018This property is the perfect place to raise a family. It is quiet and always kept clean due to the professional maintenance team (Jose and Jeremy)that’s hard at work and on-call for those emergency situations. Kelly the property manager is friendly, knowledgeable and great with making sure your rental needs are met, and the environment is safe and free of unwanted activity while raising a family. The bedrooms are quite large (great for big furniture) with walk-in closets, but the master bedroom ...is amazing. The groundskeepers do an awesome job at keeping the property neat at all times. Playground is a little out dated but safe for little children to play. The pool and the swim areas are super clean due to the upkeep of the maintenance team. Overall this is definitely one of the better properties on this side of town of your lifestyle requires a peaceful place to live. Shopping areas are minutes away walking.Property Manager Responded

I am impressed with her knowledge of all the tenants..her Maintenance Crew Jose and Jeremy are the BEST!! Nice Place to Live
February 13, 2017I have lived here in building Q since the beginning of 2015. I like the fact that my 1 bedroom apartment is spacious, it is quiet around the complex, and the maintenance team is excellent! Any issue that I have had has been dealt with immediately. This is a refreshing change since maintenance has not been so great at apartment complexes I have previously stayed at. The grounds are kept really clean and Kelly, the apartment manager, is very pleasant and has always been helpful. The washers ...and dryers were upgraded last year, and the new ones are really nice.
