DONT DO IT
January 27, 2020This Place Should Be Called Whispering Roaches. Ive been Here 3 years . The 2nd and 3rd year was terrible . this place starts off with roaches and grows overtime . The water pipes leak almost every other week , from the kitchen to the bathroom . If you arent on the top floor GOOD LUCK , when your on the bottom floor and when the people who stay above you floor leaks, it makes your ceiling mold. You do not get your money worths at whispering roachs. Im Warning yall , dont let the pretty pictures ...fool you .Property Manager Responded

Great place to live!!
February 24, 2018HI my name is Kim, I have been in the Whispering Pines community for about 2 years. It is a great quiet place. I have an excellent apartment space and nice neighbors. The management is very responsive to the needs of the renters. The community is relatively clean with manicured lawns, great pest control service and free cable. I could not have asked for a better apartment location and a place to call home. The only reason I would leave this complex is to have my own house. I love it here. The Greatest Place To Live
July 21, 2015I moved into my apartment on May 21 and I have loved every minute of it. The property managers are great and very friendly. They make you feel right at home even before you move in. The maintenance staff is great and they're always there when you need them. The apartments are very clean and well kept. The apartment comes with two pools, a gym, a laundry room, two playgrounds, and other recreational activities. The neighbors are very friendly.
