From the deepest parts of my heart. I SINCERELY hope you look somewhere else to live. This place has been NOTHING but trouble for the 2 years we’ve lived here. From no communication from the front office, to terrible maintenance, & lack of general wellbeing for us as residents. To put it into perspective; I got told by a staff member to contact Omaha Housing Authority about mold in our apartment that was being refused to be looked at because there was “no chance there is mold in your wall” ...
(spoiler alert there was). There was a 3x3 hole in our living room floor that took weeks to get a contractor out to just look at when we FIRST moved in. Our patio door leaks and still hasn’t been fixed. Our OPPD bill was hundreds of dollars overcharged multiple times due to the lack of fixing major problems and just putting fans on it to dry out the wet spots that they did not come back and get for over a month. It was like pulling teeth to get that money refunded. The carpet has been torn and recently got fixed after months of complaints. There was a leak in our wall and ceiling that also took months of complaints to even get someone to come look at it. Even after all of the headaches and lack of communication and personal wellbeing they are still making us pay 4 months of rent within 3 months to vacate our lease. This place is unprofessional and barely liveable at times. All in all if you’re looking for a convenient place to live this is it, but if you’re looking for quality please look somewhere else.
