NOT Smoke Free
July 22, 2023It was a good first apartment but it’s right next to the freeway, so many people smoked and there were loud neighbors. They never replaced my closet doors after being there for a year. I’m glad I left it.Property Manager Responded

Very Satisfied
September 16, 2022I lived at Whispering Timbers for almost 3 years and it improved more and more each year. The apartments are spacious and area is safe! The apartments have trees all around for a comfy/nature feel. Vicki in the office is super helpful and responsive. Maintenance is quick to help with issues that are reported and are very friendly. The complex is adding a community garden that I wish I could have been there to see!Property Manager Responded

Hidden Fees
November 27, 2019After the suggestion of my sister (she lives there), I went online to do an application. It said that there was a $35 application fee only. But once I filled it out, then out comes the apartment hold fee, the admin fee, and application fee. All together, $186.50...all non-refundable. Never again.Property Manager Responded
May 14, 2020Hello, I'm very sorry you have been unhappy with us so far. Please know that the hold fee, which is $100 of that total, is refundable if the application is denied. If the application is approved, then that $100 transfers onto your security deposit. I highly recommend giving our office a call for more information as many people agree with your sister that this is a great place to live!

Great two bedroom for myself and my children.
November 28, 2018Just moved in and the office staff was very helpful. Sarah was very nice and welcoming. Coming from a difficult situation it was comforting that the staff seemed generally interested in helping myself and my children find a good home. Apartment was clean and well put together.
