Not a good experience- felt like living in a cheap motel
November 3, 2023I do want to say that Joanne in the office and the maintenance staff I had met were all nice. However, the apartment wasn’t in good shape. The apartment had a horrible smell of the cheapest strong smelling paint when we moved in. The carpet was in bad condition as well and you could see the backing of it falling apart along the edges which caused exposed tack strips that I had to cover with a rug. There were obvious water leak marks around the toilets between the vinyl flooring at the tile ...underneath in both bathrooms. The unit we were in was “upgraded” but the craftsmanship was poor especially in the bathrooms with the patched walls, flooring and trim. There were also TONS of bugs. We were in a lower unit and there were days we would see 5-10 earwigs and/or pill-bugs inside. We had maintenance come out to fix a broken dryer, washing machine, heater that made loud noise and wouldn’t turn on and leaky toilet- and we lived there only one year. Almost every time they came out, they had to come back a second time because even though they said it was fixed, it wasn’t. For example, the fin of the dryer broke off so they screwed it into the barrel of the dryer. Well then the screw was scraping on something really bad and wouldn’t turn all the way. But they must have not checked that it was fixed, just threw the screw in. I moved there initially because it was all I could find that was available and appeared to hit a lot of the things I was looking for. When I go the keys and walked in, my heart sank but I didn’t have a choice and had to stay the year. It was a very unsettling experience and felt like living in a nasty hotel. Quiet & tucked away
September 22, 2023I’ve been on the property for two years. Joanne is on top of her game! Kim is a great addition as well. Maintenance is always prompt. Even when there was a maintenance staffing issue they got things done timely. The property is well kept. My only gripe is the M59 noise the further back you live. Great Place to Live
September 20, 2023I have been here 5 years, there has been many changes over the years, ALL for the better. The property is very well maintained. They have had some staffing struggles but have come out on top. The maintenance team is beyond Excellent and the office staff is by the book. Recently they did preventative maintenance and they called ME to schedule repairs for some minor flaws that I never thought to report.Property Manager Responded

Good but not Great
May 10, 2022Very limited staff, only 2 maintenance people for 200+ units. Mgmt has improved over the years but the units have INCREDIBLY thin walls. Great location, nice layout of units. M59 traffic noise is constant.Review from Apartments.com
Great place to live
April 24, 2019I have been living here for a few months, and the management has been extremely respectful and helpful. The maintenance personnel are courteous, and fix issues in a prompt manner. There have been little to no issues with neighbors, and nice apartments for this price this are rare in this area. I would definitely recommended looking at one of these apartments during your search.Property Manager Responded

Don't live here!
February 15, 2016I have lived in the complex for less than a year and it has been horrible once we were settled in. The maintenance crew never comes when you ask them to even though they say that it is 24-hour maintenance. As one of the other reviews also stated, the maintenance sucks at salting and shoveling during the weather months as well as keeping the pool clean during the warmer months. If you have any problems or concerns, the office never answers your calls. The parking setup is horrible especially if ...you plan on having guests over. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything throughout your apartment. In the winter months it is freezing because the way that they have the heating vents setup are closer to the ceiling so you just end up heating the people above you. August 1, 2015This is my third apartment while going to college. The location is almost perfect. The outside cosmetics are great. Management has been nice, friendly, and helpful. When I have a problem maintenance comes at a reasonable response time. The price is great. The inside is very average to any other apartment. Cheap cabinets shower head etc. walls are kinda thin, and the floor is super thin. I can here where the person above me is at all times. The biggest issue that I am having is bugs. A lot of ...ants and spiders. In the winter the apartment is always cold, there no insulation. The other tenants in the community are okay some sketchy, some super nice, some business professionals, some students, a lot keep to them selves. July 24, 2015The unit that I am renting is privately owned and my landlords take care of any issues that come up with the unit. So, I don't deal with the apartment maintenance or office staff. But from what I have observed with the maintenance and care of the property it is pretty sad. An example of this is that during the winter months the maintenance crew do a poor job of salting and shoveling the driveways and sidewalks. This passed winter it was safer to walk in the driveway then it was to walk on the ...sidewalk.
