Great place
October 28, 2024I just moved in a week ago, and the manager and maintenance guy are very professional, trustworthy, and very nice. The unit is very spacious. The office is always open and when I call the manager always answers the phone. I am happy to be a resident at Whisperwood.Review from Apartments.com
A Failure
December 28, 2022I moved in as the pandemic started. This place was supposed to be safe. It has not been. Bedbugs, falling branches, cloudy tap water (filter is a must), and all work orders take weeks to months. I don’t like leaving bad reviews. However this place will eat at you. The bed bug issue was with the whole building but management tried blaming those who reported it. 4 sleepless months later I was allowed to move units as they could not solve the bedbug infestation. This cost me so much in cleaning ...cost, time, lack of sleep and the added stress of arguing with management. This unit has a dishwasher that hasn’t worked since I got here (over a year). Hot water went out for 3 weeks while it started snowing. That’s not even mentioning the Highway and airport noise nearby. I could keep going on. This place ate away at my mental health and am lucky to have a support system that helped me get better. This complex fails at so many things.
