(Everyone is experiencing this)The power goes out regularly. No one to contact for it as we pay thru them so you can't resolve it until business hours. Would not recommend.

Only downside is that some apartments reek of marijuana due to someone smoking outside for 6+ hours of the day. Due to the smell the great outdoor scenery cannot be enjoyed.
