April 12, 2023These apartments appear decent but it was given the good ol' landlord special. All of the paint chips in every room esp the painted bath tub. (Everyone is experiencing this)The power goes out regularly. No one to contact for it as we pay thru them so you can't resolve it until business hours. Would not recommend.Review from Apartments.com

Not what you pay for.
November 2, 2022Awful management nothing is taken care of in a timely manner. Multiple homes with AC units due to the central air not working correctly. Multiple house with broke down cars etc outside. The neighborhood often smells like weed as well.Review from Apartments.com
Great apartments but
December 20, 2021Apartments are one of the better ones in the area. Good location and good quality construction. Only downside is that some apartments reek of marijuana due to someone smoking outside for 6+ hours of the day. Due to the smell the great outdoor scenery cannot be enjoyed.Review from Apartments.com
