November 27, 2023This place is not what it seems. First of all there’s mice all over the apartments and secondly mold specially in the bathroom. When you call them about it instead of doing something about it no they just put paper tissue then the white tape like that supposed to do something. As far as the mice they had exterminator come in but nothing happened. The front main door knob was messed up I called them several times to replace it instead they just put it back it took them one year and half to finally ...replace it put a new one main reason they did it’s because one day I worked overnight did a 16hrs shift I went off on them then they hurry up and fix it. My wife and I move outta there we didn’t our little daughter grew up there with the mold and mice.Property Manager Responded

Mice infested/ frequent police activity

First time
August 15, 2022This was my first time moving out on my own so I was apprehensive about selecting the right first apartment. This was a great and smooth transition for me. Asia (leasing manager) at the office ensured that I was well assisted and helped me with all questions that I had. Even when my anxiety was acting up, I was reassured that things would work out and they did. I have officially moved in and impressed with how quiet it is. August 9, 2015my thought on rentals is this; basic emenities such as flat painted walls, commercial carpeting, refurbished appliances are all cover stories for basic motelish maintained complexes that entice the applicants with fancy exterior landscape that overshadow the plain Jane appearances of the actual rental, then they overcharge the applicant for convinces of on site laundry dwellings that are money making tools for the proprietor. July 24, 2015My boyfriend and I have been living at Whitehall apartments for almost a year now. The staff here is always friendly and any time we have any issues requiring maintenance they are handled quickly and efficiently. The location is amazing! Across the street there is a shopping center with a grocery store, rite aid, dollar store, gym, dry cleaner and much more. 1 mile in one direction and your riding through open fields and gorgeous farm land. One mile in the other and there are other shopping ...centers and the adorable Mt Holly historic district.
