November 27, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThis place is not what it seems. First of all there’s mice all over the apartments and secondly mold specially in the bathroom. When you call them about it instead of doing something about it no they just put paper tissue then the white tape like that supposed to do something. As far as the mice they had exterminator come in but nothing happened. The front main door knob was messed up I called them several times to replace it instead they just put it back it took them one year and half to finally ...replace it put a new one main reason they did it’s because one day I worked overnight did a 16hrs shift I went off on them then they hurry up and fix it. Asia (leasing manager) at the office ensured that I was well assisted and helped me with all questions that I had. Even when my anxiety was acting up, I was reassured that things would work out and they did. I have officially moved in and impressed with how quiet it is. The staff here is always friendly and any time we have any issues requiring maintenance they are handled quickly and efficiently. The location is amazing! Across the street there is a shopping center with a grocery store, rite aid, dollar store, gym, dry cleaner and much more. 1 mile in one direction and your riding through open fields and gorgeous farm land. One mile in the other and there are other shopping ...centers and the adorable Mt Holly historic district. Couldn't have been any happier with our choice for our first home!Read More
