Great place to live
March 9, 2026First of all, Taelor is incredible. She’s prompt, punctual, and most importantly she cares. From the first second I walked into the leasing office, to noise complaints, to any other question I’ve had, she’s been RIGHT there to help almost immediately. She deserves a heavy amount of praise for the amount of effort she puts into what she does. Okay, now for the actual property. This property, and the apartments, are nicer than a lot of hotel rooms I’ve been in. I borderline feel like I’m at a ...resort most of the time I’m here. The pool is very well kept, the gym is actually pretty legit for an apartment complex gym, and the lake/walking trail around the lake is great because you walk outside and you’ll see a bunch of other residents walking their dogs or just going for a walk. It gives you a pretty wholesome feeling that you’re at the right place. The walls are fairly thin, and can transfer a lot of noise from neighbors. BUT, as mentioned earlier, Taelor and the other staff at the front are on it when it comes to handling those issues. Apartment living new to me
April 28, 2024Where do I begin! Moving is stressful and I had 30 days to move out of my current house rental, looking at how much house rentals cost today gave me much anxiety! I was looking for an affordable alternative and was recommended to look at apartments. With the help of my son and his girlfriend we found Whitepalm apartments. I was introduced to Taelor who was so attentive to my concerns. I was impressed with the grounds and the space between each building. The units were well kept. The leasing ...staff were all great! Weed/cigarette smoke comes through the floor, loud music.
July 2, 2020Shouldn't be listed as "luxury" apartments. I figured paying the extra would eliminate the nonsense that comes with typical cheaper apartments, but it didn't. More often than not, when the A/C comes on it blows the weed smoke from the unit below me all over mine, giving me a headache so I have to shut it off and sweat instead. Somewhere in the building a unit consistently turns their music up as high as it will go, but since they lower it at 9pm I guess it's allowed. Even though I hear other ...residents ask them, and yell at them about it. Vehicles speeding down the roads, aggressive residents, and others inviting the whole town to the pool are the common issues. Now I'll be forced to pay 2 months rent penalty because I don't want to suffer any longer & end my lease early. We have been here a year
January 14, 2020We are getting ready to sign our second lease here because we absolutely love it! Angelina sold us on it when we toured last year. We had moved from out of state and moved into a subpar apartment; and couldn’t wait to move! Yes you sometimes do hear your neighbors, but that is typical of apartment life. Love My Place and Staffs' Rocks
September 21, 2019The first time I visited WhitePalm was last June, I was immediately greeted by Ces and she showed me the model apartment and the amenities. She recommended available apartments and discussed the features and benefits of each apartments that I might one to consider renting. I moved from out of State and it is not easy when it comes to logistic aspects and not to mention the long drive. I knew that I will not be able to arrive in the property during office hours to get my keys on my move-in day so ...I informed Ces and she immediately came out for a solution for me to still be able to get in in the property and to my apartment. I love my apartment and I know I made the right decision choosing WhitePalm as my home in Port Orange. There were minor issues that I discussed with Ces and she coordinated these to the Maintenance Team and immediately the maintenance staff, Vanessa took care of the issues. July 30, 2019I just moved in to White Palm Apartments 2 weeks ago and so far my experience has been great! Ces, in the leasing office was awesome! She showed me the apartments that were available twice so my mom could see them as well; and she answered all my questions (and I had a lot of them)! She definitely made me feel at home.
