September 10, 2018I moved into White Tail Run the summer of 2018, just squeaking in as the 58 year old. The crowd and social atmosphere is around the 70 years olds. I missed lots of jokes. And they are a fun loving 70 year old-bunch of banana nanas! And pawpaws! You will get your share of commiserating renters about this and that as in every place at this price, but you have more freedom at ground level and no one above or below you. The new young manager is trying successfully to be professional and ...accommodating. I left after one year to return to my old state. That is when I was doubly surprised. I got hugs from neighbors and my deposit from management was returned in full in TWO weeks. All’s well that ends so well!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
