January 7, 2026The units don’t look like the pictures at all the units are old rotted and need work. Ceiling leak water and all of their appliances are old. Which runs hard and makes your bills higher! Just save yourself the disappointment and don’t rent here at all! The lady in the office doesn’t show the units because they don’t look anything like the pictures on here false advertisement. And yes she have units available but they look a mess but they don’t keep them up to date plus they have water leak issues ...I’m sure in just about every unit. So do yourself a favor don’t rent here. Electrical problems and everything else.Property Manager Responded

May 6, 2021I’ve lived at Whitewood for almost a year now and it was probably one of the worst decisions ever. This place is not worth the rent, don’t be fooled by all the “updates”, nothing is updated, it’s old stuff covered up to look new. The management is awful, barely responds and never helpful, and the maintenance is the worst. They’ve broke more things than they’ve fixed in my unit.Review from Apartments.com

March 8, 2021Very nice units and friendly people. Very pet friendly with a dog park. Also lots of parking and indoor washing machine and dryer which is not in all townhomes I’ve seen. December 19, 2020This place was bought out by a company that does not care about there “tenants” they did extremely cheap renovations and upped the price by hundreds. They called it “move in ready” but since we moved in 7 months ago, we’ve had constant issues. Washer and dryer has broke multiple Times and takes maintenance weeks To fix. Some of the electrical wiring was done “unsafely” and almost resulted in our unit to burn down (thankfully we were home and caught it before hand), called management about the ...issues and they brushed it off like it was nothing. Fire department said our electrical box was not up to code and if we touched a certain spot it could have resulted in death. So many other issues since we moved in. Also the units are freezing during the winter even with the central heat on and floor boards. Do yourself a favor and not rent this place out, not worth the price and has the worst management/ maintenance.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
