The apartments are visually appealing and I loved my kitchen area. Having a washer/dryer inside the apartment is always wonderful, too. 2.) The grass is kept nice and neat and snow removal is very quick. I never had any maintenance issues, so I can't comment on that. 3.) Rent can finally be paid online, which I love. If you're hoping to use a credit card for points, you'll be charged a 5% convenience fee (between $40-$50 depending on rent), so it's best to use your bank account info. Neutral: 1.) If you like nature (frogs, birds, etc) you'll love having the pond nearby. If you don't, have some background noise ready because it'll drive you crazy with how thin the walls are. Those critters are extremely loud at night. 2.) Large packages. The management office is almost always closed, so if you're used to having a central place to pick up large packages, that's not going to happen. Large ones will be placed outside your door. I've never had a problem here, but I know some people are uncomfortable with that system in an apartment complex, especially where 4 doors are very close to each other.
