DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Please do yourself and favor and listen to the reviews!! This place is absolutely terrible, mice, bugs, and roaches are all over the apartment building, the quality of the apartment is absolutely terrible, and the management and staff is the most unprofessional and rude group of people I have ever experienced. Not to mention they will nickel and dime you for everything they can, if you think you’ll only be paying them 12 months of rent think again!! This has been the worst ...

I have lived at the Whitney Apartments for over six years now. The Property Manager and Leasing Office Staff are very friendly and helpful! They truly go above and beyond to help their residents. The Maintenance staff is very responsive as well. The apartment is very spacious, and the apartment complex is pet-friendly. I highly recommend the Whitney Apartments!

Avoid at all coats

This is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Tenants are extremely disrespectful and bang things at all times of the day and night, management doesn’t care and just wants there money, walls are paper thin, common hallways always smell like either weed or some musty stank, bugs always find a way in, and parking is always taken by random people that don’t live here due to no visitor parking. Please please please do not make the mistake of moving here

Infested with Roaches

I Love everything about the apartments. Except one thing....I’ve had roaches since day 1 of living here! It’s very frustrating and I barely stay home because I’m so grossed out. The apartment it’s self is great and staff are very nice. I just can not deal with this Roach problem. Even after extermination they are still everywhere.

My daughter and her roomates have been at Whitney apartments for almost a year and have enjoyed their stay and have had no issues. Any maintenance calls have been followed up immediately with a phone call to make sure all was taken care of and requests made by them or parents to the front desk/office staff have always been taken care of in a timely manner with great communication. The girls have never felt unsafe and having a secured lobby entrance gives peace of mind. Great location as well ...
with easy access to highways and back roads to Neumann University. Would highly recommend!!!

Here's a list of everything I found wrong with Whitney:
- Moved in to a lady bug infestation in the bedroom. 100s of lady bugs! I thought I wouldn't mind it, but it's horrific. - Roach infestation. The extermination service they used was terrible. The roaches just drink whatever they spray, in my opinion.
- The keylock to the parking backdoor is very hard to use. Instead of fixing the lock, they added a badge swipe.
- The mailbox locks are the same; very hard to open.
- It takes forever for the ...
hot water to get hot. We have to let the water run for approximately 10-15 minutes ahead. - There is no freight elevator.
- The hallways and stairways are NOT maintained; spills, trash, cigarettes remain weeks-to-months at a time. Staff will say, "I put in a ticket, a few days ago. I cannot do it myself." Ha..
- The hallways are not climate controlled; sweltering heat during the summer.
- Air Conditioners per room - it is a good sell, when and if your units work. We have had units that flat out did not work, as well as units that leaked and destroyed everything under it.
- Front entry - you are supposed to be able to enter someone's name, it calls their phone and they can buzz you in; that DOES NOT work.
- NO ONE monitors people and not cleaning up after their dogs; people sneak and let their dogs crap all over the complex grounds, repeatedly. There is no video nor camera to identify the culprits.
- Anyone can park on the grounds, willy nilly. People park in the parking lot, then walk home to their adjacent complex. It's hilarious.

I visited this community and found that it was not for me. The office staff was VERY nice but the buildings and units were ok. All of the hallways smell, either curry or cigarettes. There are several different levels of renovation which will determine the amount of your rent. The apartments are great. Very luxury style look! Best to call and ask if they have any apartments that haven't gone on the market yet.. That's how we got such an aweome apartment for a low low price. Each apartment has a washer on the iinside ( 2nd floor). Frank is the best! He is happy to take care of any apartment problems.. amazing christian private school!! Its literally right on the higway and it is just around the corner! I love how its so close to philly and washington! Transportation is not an issue for Whitney as well. They have busing and the train station is literally 5 mins away!!! I love the convenience i have taking the train to work and the great and afforable education that my child recieves from her private school.

I live in a 2 bedroom. the overall size of the apartment is bigger than most in price range. full size w / d in unit.
management and maintenance are professional, courteous and approachable with all needs. nice pool and tennis courts. located off of main highways but with quick access to highways and shopping. once inside apartment, it is private and peaceful.
