I been a tenant here now at Whittier Place going on 6 months now.
Let me tell you Ms. Helen is a Wonderful Community Manager,she had made my moving process easy and is down to earth , I can not ask for a wonderful lady that will help you as long as you ( Communicate) with her and Be honest with her & the Owners Whittier Holdings LLC as well have been great working with me during my job transitioning. Ms Helen Does her job effectively and don't Forget the maintenance guys there great as well ...
, they are prompt and fix whatever you need fixing. I say to anyone if your looking for a great , Peaceful environment where I met some of the other tenants which all speak when passing , come to Whittier Place met Ms Helen she will not waste your time there's 1-3 bedrooms & the rents are reasonable as well the upgrades are very nice as well I should know mines is upgraded.

Great place to live. Management Office and maintenance are awesome. Helen always so her best to revolve your concerns. Luis is a great handy man. Been here for 14 years and never have seen the property in such properous. Wondering what will be the new proyect this spring. This is my Home.
Unfair to good tenants

I have been a tenant for 2 years they issued me 60 day notice to not renew my lease, only to renovate the unit to make more money.
They said they would give me an extra 30 days only
To charge me another $200 stating I’m on a premium month to month lease.
I have had mold in my unit, mice in my unit, leaking ceilings and amenities that did not work for months on end.
Post road management will not consider giving more time stating they need to continue with their plan. And I should be grateful ...
that the manager is willing to give me an extra 30 days.
I have two small children whom I will have to uproot
This is inhumane just to make more money on a unit they are kicking me out and not offering another unit.

Noisy neighbors. Banging & pounding every night. Management is unresponsive, especially with noise complaints. Takes weeks or months to resolve any issues, if at all. Laundry facilities are the worst I've ever seen anywhere. Stay away.

I have lived in this complex for seven years. The neighbors are friendly and it’s a great place to raise your kids. The rooms are spacious and I love the fact that the 3 bedroom has 2 baths! My kids don’t want to leave this area. It’s very hard to find a good school district and Catasauqua has a wonderful program. It’s a family oriented area and that’s what has kept me here so long.

The landlord is very unprofessional she comes to your apartment without giving you a notice, accuses you of all type of things . The carpets has nails sticking out of them. The water pressure for the toilet sucks you have to fill up a bowl and pour it down the toilet and also water from the apartment above me just pours into my kitchen from time to time it looks like the ceiling is going to cave in . And when they finally came to fix it after like a month all they did was put putty on it so it ...
still leaks wetting everything on your counter and flooding your kitchen floor .
