DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!
March 4, 2022Property Manager Stacey does NOTHING...VERY LOUD parents DO NOTHING they let their kids run through the stairwells stealing packages letters/ people doors.throwing garbage all over the place. dirty diapers by your car door. other tenants vandalizing your property. Paper thin walls. Can NEVER sleep/relax. Something doesn't work properly they rig it to where it is not fixed and you have to put in a maintenance request again then finally after a year they will replace it right before you move out. ...Property manager so cheap and cares NOTHING about her tenants. 90 degrees in my apartment all year-during summer I kept saying it needed a new AC unit but nobody would listen they kept changing the thermostat on the wall and it did absolutely nothing. So many problems and they are too cheap to fix anything right. All that stress I had a stroke a heart attack so many medical problems because of this place. Teenagers all through the night drinking smoking weed on the playground,pool,hallways..again Stacey the property mgr does NOTHING! Bugs everywhere and the apartment was always clean. Useless Front Office
January 5, 2022catherine weaver a minute agoNEW This place is awful. There are always teenagers smoking weed in the hallways. The front office won't do anything about that or the trash that they leave around. You can't use the compacter on the weekends because people refuse to put there trash in there like normal humans and rather pile it on for the poor ONE maintenance guy. The front office has allowed my windshield on my car to get shot by a bb gun and yet we still hear them go off every night. They shoot ...bottle rockets in the hallways on holidays. This should be everyone's last resort they are nothing but money hungry and unhelpful when they are needed. Misrepresented bad business
March 15, 2021In January I put in application online stating I needed a 2 bedroom apartment. On the application it ask me the date I needed to move in. I clearly put 2/1/21 for a 2 bedroom. I paid my application fee of $85. Then once my application was accepted then I started receiving calls and e-mails about paying a holding deposit fee for $200. That would have been fine if the apartment was going to be available by 2/1. But no, they didn't know when a 2 bedroom apartment would be available. My problem is ...that is a misrepresentation and bad business when I put when I needed the apartment and they took my application and $85 fee as if approved I could have the apartment by the time I needed it; which was 2/1. Then when talking to a representative about it, she skipped all around my concerns of my needs for the apartment by the date I put on the application and continued to talk about the holding fee and how it would guarantee as soon as one become available I could get it. However, she never could tell me when one wound be available. She did say nothing would be available by 2/1. That is bad business they shouldn't take an application and fees if they don't have availability with in time the applicant needs it.
