Terrible
September 20, 2015I moved in a little over a year ago. Since then, I have had to fix MULTIPLE things that maintenance should have been able to fix (ie. breaker fuses, shower drain and head, sink drain). When I called the maintenance line, I was told that they didnt have "time"and that I could find everything I needed to fix it at the local hardware store. In the year or so since moving in, my air conditioning unit broke BOTH summers. It took them over a week to fix it each time, leading me to buy a small portable ...unit that was not reimbursed. The maintenance guy smelled of alcohol when he managed to make it out to fix something. At one point he had forgotten to bring the "maintenance inside" sign and left my apartment door wide open. When calling the office, very few of the workers are helpful. Most cant answer the simplest of questions. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
