Causes for denial include an outstanding debt to a current/previous residence, eviction in the last 5 years and certain criminal convictions. Applications are required for everyone who is over the age of 18 and will be residing in the home. The brand new apartments are truely beautiful and work out facilities are mind blowing. Jonay is a straight superwoman that keeps everything rolling there and she seriously is AMAZING. I had the best renting experience of my life with her and her staff. You can’t go wrong with these apartments and people. 110% quality!!!
