“I had a very disappointing experience living here. On move-in day, my assigned unit was suddenly changed, and we were told the new unit was ‘ready’ when it clearly was not. Multiple maintenance issues existed from the beginning, including broken doors, shower problems, and an AC issue that left us dealing with freezing temperatures for days. While maintenance eventually came to fix some of the problems after repeated reports, none of these conditions were disclosed before move-in.

and overall management were frustrating throughout the process. I also never even received a pool key or some of the basic amenities that were supposed to come with living here. The experience felt disorganized and stressful, especially considering the amount of rent and fees charged. I would strongly recommend future tenants thoroughly inspect their unit before signing or accepting keys.”
“Unfortunately, my experience with management was just as frustrating as the issues with the apartment itself. From the very first day, Celina was unpleasant to deal with. There was no warm introduction or professionalism that made me feel welcomed as a resident. Communication was extremely poor — emails often went unanswered, and whenever concerns were brought up, it felt like they were brushed off instead of genuinely addressed.
The only positive experience I had in the leasing office was with Mercedes, who was much more helpful, professional, and respectful. She was one of the few staff members who actually seemed willing to assist residents and communicate properly.”

Do not lease here if you are hadicapped or a senior. The manager is rude, doesn't care about the seniors and there is only a few hadicapped parking spaces. When you walk in the office, the manager closes his door so he doesn't have to speak with you. They are dirty too, drive around the entire place, the trash is always over flowing and it stinks. The pool is always green. The customer service? Disgusting. I would give them zero stars but you have to give one to give your review. Don't be ...

If I could give them zero stars I would. Save yourself the headache and pick a different complex. I've lived here for 3 years while saving to buy a house and while I've never been too satisfied, since the beginning of the year this place has plummeted in all aspects. Management and maintenance has changed yet again and not for the better. Dont bother complaining about issues you have with your neighbors i.e, them smoking pot in their apartments and you come home and get a contact high, grown men ...
with their pants around their ankles peeing in the trees... in broad daylight, people smoking and drinking the the parking lot while hanging out on cars, trash being thrown all over the grounds and kids that run wild and cause damage to your personal property just to name a few. You will be told to call the police " because we aren't out there to see these things" only for the police to ask you why you called them instead of the manager. And God forbid something go wrong in your apartment, and trust me it will, because you will put in a maintenance request and it won't get done until you complain several more times (I've been without lights in my kitchen for 2 days and this is the second time I've had this issue). Management closes early even though the posted hours are 9-6 and half the time they do not answer the phone when you call so if you have a job dont ever plan on being able to contact anyone. If you have an issue after hours you can leave a message, one of the maintenance men will call you back, tell you they are coming to fix the problem and never show up (this has also happened to me twice). I know someone will say to call corporate but that doesn't work either because they will tell you that the regional manager is Jenny and they will provide a phone number, you will leave several messages and she won't call you back either. Just pay a little extra and go next door where it's actually gated and "updated" means something other than cheap linoleum, cracked walls and doors that actually close.
