Extremely Disappointed – Save Yourself the Headache

I moved into this apartment complex in May, and it has been nothing but issues from day one. Within the first two months, I’ve had to call maintenance for leaks under both bathroom sinks, a non-functioning garbage disposal, and a broken stove eye. The only issue that was actually fixed was the leaks.
The unit was not properly cleaned before move-in; the only clean thing was the carpet, which I believe was newly installed. I spent an entire day cleaning just so I could feel comfortable moving my ...

On top of that, the blinds were extremely dirty; they looked like they were covered in dirt and debris from a house fire. It was honestly disgusting and made the place feel even more neglected.
The final straw: the vanity in my bedroom bathroom fell off the wall while I was at work. When I called the office, they tried to say it wasn’t an emergency, even though it clearly made my bathroom unusable. Maintenance came by and just propped it up and left a note saying they’d return. They never did.
When I followed up, I was told "they don’t know" when or if it’ll be fixed, and now they’re even trying to imply I caused the damage, despite the fact that I’ve only lived here two months. Thankfully, I took photos showing that the vanity was being held up by two broken plastic brackets and a strip of glue. That’s clearly poor construction and not tenant damage.
This has easily been the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. I’m writing this review to warn anyone considering moving here, it is absolutely not worth the price. Poor maintenance, lack of accountability, and disrespectful service. I can’t wait until my lease is up.
