wildflower apartments have been a wonderful place to live so far, i’m going on my second year living here. we’ve had little to no maintenance issues in the time being and if so they’re on it fast. April has been so helpful with every concern and question i’ve had. the rooms are very spacious and homey! neighbors are super friendly and quiet. safe area for kids and they got a brand new toy structure!

We have lived here about a year and a half and we have really enjoyed living here! The management are outstanding and very quick to respond to issues. It is a quiet complex and everyone keeps to themselves. It is maintained really well. The bedrooms are pretty big and the main bathroom is huge! The layout has more of a house feel rather than an apartment feel. We love how close it is to shopping, restaurants, and parks. We have nothing but good things to say about living here.

My wife and I have lived at Wildflower for over four years, and we are very happy living here. Well maintained property, and the managers are personable and responsive to maintenance requests. It is pet friendly, and there is a playground for kids. Apartments are spacious for the price, and a washer and dryer are included. There is a modest workout area in the clubhouse. great, with all of the shopping in a nearby centralized location. A wonderful walkway along the rural-feeling Periwinkle Creek is very close, and well used by walkers, cyclists, and dogs. Some of the best city parks are close by. We have looked at other apartments in the area, but Wildflower is a notch above most others.

The apartments are a little pricey, but rooms are nice in size. They are close to shopping and walking trails. The manager and maintenance are friendly and always smiling. Most of the tenants are nice too.

The apartments are nice bit way over priced and the landlord is very rude and disrespectful. The landlord is married to the maintanence person, so he has basically no supervision and they are always in your business. Probably look for somewhere else to live.

Wildflower apartment infested with fleas

My nephew ust moved in to this apartment for 2016 school year and our first day we were bitten by fleas and the management will not do anything about it.

Pretty good apartments nice layouts and decent sized bed rooms. and they are pretty fast with getting things fixed. I enjoyed the year and a half i lived there.

We loved living here!! You get a lot of space for the amount you pay!! However, I am from the Portland area so I am used to their prices where I would be paying the same amount for something with considerably less space! Very clean and close to shopping, grocery stores etc. There are definitely some sketchy apartments in Albany, but these are not one of them!! Very safe, fairly quiet depending on your neighbors. We are leaving these apartments soon because we are moving to a different city for a ...
