LOVE IT HERE
August 9, 2019I have been living here for about a year now, and I have to say this has been the best experience for a first time apartment renter. The property manager is the best!! I was living in a one bedroom, which is super cozy and homey, but wanted to upgrade to a 2 bedroom/2 bath for some extra space, and the property manager got us into the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom in a matter of minutes. The apartment it self is super clean majority of the time, and has a lot of stuff within it which makes the apartment ...so worth the money.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great!!!!!!
July 17, 2019I lived here before I moved out of the area. I started in a studio then requested a 2 bed 2 bath, I was immediately notified when one became available and transferring the lease was a breeze. Also requested a tuck under garage and was notified right away when one became available. Management is GREAT, fast, and incredibly friendly. Great deal for all the amenities it comes with, having a washer and dryer with free electricity was a huge perk! Safe location, beautiful views, screened in porches, ...clean hallways, and friendly neighbors. If I ever move back to Sauk Rapids ill definitely be moving back in here! Nothing Special
August 11, 2015I lived in the Wild Flower Apartments for two years. Management is not the greatest. They are forgetful and ditzy. They pick and choose who they are going to enforce rules with. They also allow smoking in the building. The apartment was nice and cozy. It was nice that electric, water and heat were included in rent. However, you could tell it was put together quickly and with cheap supplies.Review from Apartments.com
