horrible horible experience
January 2, 2022I hear stomping...yes stomping..... running and rude neighbors above me ALL the time..and I mean All ...the time....paper thin floors and ceiling.....cigarette butts dropped in my porch area.....management has done nothing.....I have called and even contacted the corporate office...do not fooled by granite counters and wood floors like I was....its a total bait and switch..and I mean its sad that this lack of humanity exists ...I can not wait to leaveReview from Apartments.com

June 23, 2021As a current resident I warn all to not rent here. I was originally planning on staying here for over a year but after dealing with how this place is managed I am leaving after my one year lease is up. New management just took over and shockingly is worse then the first management company that was here. Nothing here is kept clean, rules aren't enforced, the complex and apartment buildings reek of marijuana, the grass is rarely every mowed, trash is always left out everywhere, residents use the ...planters as garbages for their cigarette butts, the grills and fire pits don't work, the garages you pay extra for don't shut, the carwash station never has soap in it and the dog wash station has been broken for months. My a/c regularly breaks (4x so far)and it takes hours (6+) for someone to come try and fix the A/C. Also there is never any resident activities that was advertised, their resident activities include scheduling a random food truck to sit in the front parking lot. Save your money and rent somewhere else.Property Manager Responded
