I should have listened to the negative reviews too but I had no where else to go. The management is constantly changing and the newest ones are very rude. There’s trash everywhere always, but if you place it outside your door temporarily, they will charge you. The pool has yet to be open and I’ve been here 2 years. There’s crime always happening in the complex so seeing cops is a normal occurrence I’m saying, every week there’s a law passing through. The work orders never get completed, the pest ...
control company never comes, I’ve had issues with scorpions in my toddlers room and I can’t even get another company to come out because it breaks the contract. The units are moldy, the floors feel damp when you walk on them, the toilet bowl as well as the microwave grow mold. Animals use the balconies as bathrooms so you can’t put any furniture or anything outside. Maintenance people park their personal vehicles right in front of the buildings so it takes up residence limited spaces. I could keep going but it just isn’t worth it.. just beware
