Bed bugs - your won’t get deposit back
May 9, 2022I chose this apartment after a virtual showing due to Covid and missed to see few important drawbacks. The apartment is very old fashioned. After moving in I realized that It doesn’t have central Air conditioning. Only one A/C in the living room with NO A/C in the bedroom. I had only one sink, so I have to wash and rinse all in one. No dishwasher. Blinds are dirty the heating system is full of cob webs and dirt. This apartment had bedbugs and I had to go through a very intense cleaning ...process for bed bug treatment. I moved out mainly due to this bed bug issue. From my deposit $150 cleaning fee was taken even though I left the apartment cleaner than how I received it. I’m yet to receive the remaining deposit and it’s been 5 months since I moved out. Even after multiple follow ups, I still haven’t received my deposit back. They stopped responding to me now. Had the worst experience here!Property Manager Responded
March 21, 2023Wildwood has not had a bed bug problem in the last 10 years because all units are inspected consistently for pests. This review is not an accurate portrayal of what residents that live here. 90% of our residents stay well over a year and prefer to stay longer if their job / career allow and all deposits are returned well within a 30 day period. Come and tour and ask residents living at Wildwood what they think and you will get great feedback. Heating systems and cooling systems are in fantastic condition and checked year around. We are sorry this person chose to post inaccurate information.

Pay It All
August 24, 2015The apartment style looks very similar to a old hotel. The hallways are long with many different apartments. I have one sink,so I have to wash and rinse all in one. After moving in I realized that my blinds are dirty the heating system is full of cob webs and dirt. I pay for all utilities but I'm barely home to use a lot of it. Don't get me wrong, my apartment is nice far as the big bedroom and living room but I barely have storage space. It's in a okay location but the price is a little much.Review from Apartments.com
Under new management
August 9, 2015With the new management on site i will give a 3 rating. They are wirking on getting whats left of the riff raff and making this a family feiendly place. The grounds are nice and maintained and the pool is kept clean. When the rest of the people who really dont care about respecting their neighbors are gone, i will gladly give a higher rsting.Review from Apartments.com
