Apartment is nice- Teronomy & Landlord Aren’t
August 29, 2025The apartments themselves are nice- outdated and you will have to replace utilities (unless you want your fridge to die or don’t like rusty washers & dryers that take 4-5 cycles to dry clothes). What ruins everything is Teronomy management & David as the landlord. It is not worth it to move here- we have run into 3 other strangers who happened to also live here with the same complaints & hated it.Review from Apartments.com

Landscape is incredible
November 15, 2020Landscape here is looking incredible. The professionals they have cutting and trimming the trees lawns and bushes and maintaining the property really know what they are doing. Safe Place To Live in Very Nice Loft Apartment
October 17, 2020Great neighbors, place is surrounded by woods, can't believe such a small place has a pool. very secluded. hard to find. off the main road. huge living space for the price. i have one with a loft and it's almost too much room. i have been here for over 5 years with no complaints. the management and maintenance team are proactive and super friendly. i feel very safe in this community. Hidden Gem
March 24, 2019This place is surrounded by woods. We could not find it right away until we drove by it three times. We are so glad we discovered it and the manager David had something available for us. We love the high ceilings and the loft area. The amount of space compared to other apartments anywhere is simple amazing. The location is perfect for walks to downtown East Troy and the new East Troy Brewery is our favorite place to go. All in all a great place to live and breath in fresh air. A huge ...difference from the big city and our 30 mintue drive to work is all freeway. Woodsy, peaceful and quaint
December 10, 2018This place is so quiet and peaceful, you can hear the animals in the nearby woods at night. The entire property is surrounded by woods. Keep a close eye on your dogs and cats as they may get lost if they are not on a leash. You can also be fined. I have 2 small dogs and they have many friends they visit. I work from home so this place is ideal for me. I live in a loft unit and have more than enough space to work and live. If this place was in Milwaukee or Madison, the price would be ...double. Nosy neighbors/ horrible property manager
August 23, 2017This place has been a nightmare since the day my wife and i moved in. David is completely rude about everything he talks to you about. He has no understanding of how to talk to people without coming off as arrogant and unprofessional. If you want to be watched like your a terrorist then this is the place for you. Literally the people here will look for anything to complain to david about. Its ridiculous that people have nothing better to do than look for other people doing something wrong. Our ...downstairs neighbor literally complains about everything and anything he can and i get constant emails from david about it. The icing on the cake was when david told me wife to stop my two month old daughter from crying because it is inconvenient to other people. All they care about is money
August 10, 2017I can't say it was horrible living here, but all they care about is money. It's a nice apartment and layout ruined by cheap maintenance. The paint was so horrible if you tried to wipe something off, the paint came off with it. When we first moved in we found mouse poop under the heat registers in the kitchen, I can't even explain what under the washer and dryer, and kitty litter in the closet from the previous tenant. All in which we were told were "our problem" (mind you we had JUST moved in). ...After moving out (which we did 3 weeks early due to getting a puppy and not wanting to pay the $300 fee for the last few weeks until our house was done) we had that place SPOTLESS. Much cleaner than when we moved in and they still took a good chunk out of our security deposit for "3 hours of cleaning and painting". It wouldn't take 3 hours to clean a 1 bedroom apartment that was already clean and painting if you would have spent another $5 on better paint.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 12, 2016I have been a resident of Wildwood for 2 years now and have had little difficulty with property manger, David. I had a couple questions about the underground parking but he got back to me in a pretty short amount of time.. When I inquired about the discrepancy, I was given very basic information that I already knew but did not answer my questions.
