Great location if you like nature

My Sanctuary
September 4, 2025I lived at Wildwood for a very long time. I moved away after some life changes and returned after 18 months because I missed this magical piece of land on the creek, among the trees. The large deck is my sanctuary, and my cats love it as well. It’s just a short, woodsy walk along the creek to historic downtown Issaquah. Big windows and light filled rooms no matter what the season. Management is very on top of things and incredibly responsive if you need them and a big part of why I came back.Property Manager Responded

The convenience, proximity to I-90, walking distance to downtown along Issaquah Creek and the hiking trails right outside the door are our highlights. This was our favorite apartment ever. May 2, 2021I loved living here for the past 5 years. Tonya and team have been great! Super responsive and attentive. The neighbors are friendly. And access to the trails is right down the street. February 20, 2021Have lived here for a good while, you'll know whether or not it's for you before you even enter the unit. The attraction is the location because while the apartments are nice enough , there are others in area which compare favorably for about the same price. That all said you need to realize that yearly rent increases have been the norm, don't hold me to the exact numbers but I'd figure on 7% a year for the past decade or so. More if you take into accont that they no longer include free cabe. ...All in all, great place to live (check out laundry,kind of a pain)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
