I’ve lived here for almost three years, and I would not recommend this property to anyone. The previous manager lied to me about lease terms, claiming I could break my lease at any time with a 30-day notice and by forfeiting my deposit—none of which was true. Now that she’s gone, I’m stuck dealing with the fallout.
There is a major marijuana issue at this complex, which is concerning given that it’s supposed to be a HUD property. The rules aren’t enforced, and disruptive tenants seem to run the ...
show. The leasing office staff is rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. If you’re looking for peace, professionalism, and fair treatment, look elsewhere.
Additionally, there was a bed bug issue in one of the other buildings that residents were never informed about. Despite closing the laundry facility in that building, residents from there were still allowed to use laundry facilities in other buildings, which raises serious hygiene concerns.
To make matters worse, there is a group of residents who confront and bully others who follow the rules, and management has done nothing to stop this behavior. Overall, the environment here feels unsafe and poorly managed

I’ve been trying the get in these apartments for about 5 months. I’ve started working with someone to get is an apartment and would never hear from him after promised a call back. We always have to come them to verify things. They’ll change your move in date without telling you, they never update you on your apartment, never call you back and they’ll give away your apartments without telling you. I haven’t even moved into these apartments and they’re already giving me bad vibes.

Wildwood could be a decent place to live! Nothing but problems from the beginning. Been a resident for a few months now. Management "appears" to be caring and helpful, at first. Not too long after their true heart of hearts are shown. Repairs are not made when told of issues promptly. Maintenance can come and go from your dwellings whenever they want and management supports these actions. Safety is not a priority, unless you're a friendly foe. All they care about is your money. your only option here's some advice: Make sure you have someone in your unit that you can trust at all times, if able! Write down and keep track of every conversation and interaction with office , maintenance and whomever (and whatever) else has to do with your dealings with them. Pay attention because they're liars.. try to be slick with their words. ALOT of double talk. Keep ALL receipts, invoices and documents. Get copies of EVERYTHING! DON'T just go by what they say MAKE THEM PUT IT IN WRITING! If, you have young children be mindful of them, as the area does have some sex offenders and pedophile's that live in area. Something they will not tell you. If asked everything is confidential and under privacy, unless it has something to do with you! Do your research for your own safety and that of your family!!!!!!! Talk to residents in various parts of rental property. Don't just go by what a property manager or worker (employee) of that establishment says. REMEMBER they are there to make money and don't always do and handle things right! Hope this helps!!

We're sorry you feel this way. Per your signed lease, maintenance is permitted to enter apartments with proper notice to complete service requests and inspections. They do not "come and go from dwellings whenever they want". Service requests are completed in the order they are received with priority given to emergencies. We operate under corporate policies as well as fair housing laws. If you are concerned about safety, we recommend you contact the local police department, as this is what they are there for. And yes, we keep information private and confidential for the safety of our residents. I recently moved from the Wildwood apts after 3 years due to the constant loud noise and some residents? not having enough respect or pride in where they live to trash the courtyard, breezeway and parking lot on a daily basis making it look like the projects instead of a nice place to come home to. I am sure they had to change management staff because the upkeep was not the same as when I first moved in and the front office staff is not as friendly as the previous management team. Wildwod, is almost like a project. They are accepting anykind of people, that bring their bad habits!! The place doesn't have central air, so you will be very uncomfortable, in the summer! Many of the residents, complained how hot, the apartment was! The window air conditioner, in the living room wall, only cools, the living room, and hallway! You will sweat to death in the back bedrooms!! Management, is fake, and they don't want to hear complaints!! They just want you to pay rent!!!

I've been living at Wildwood for about a year now, and I love it. The ladies up at the Leasing Office are some of the easiest people to work with, and they're very friendly as well. Maintenance issues are taken care of promptly, and the building hallways (where applicable) are regularly cleaned. The free radiant heat is super awesome, too. If you're looking for a quiet place to live, put this place on your list.
