Roaches, will not address my concerns when i reach out

roaches before you even move in i see other residents complaining about the same thing and it took three different fridges before they gave me one that worked ive gone through hundreds in wasted groceries because of it. wont even reply to my emails.

We are disappointed to read your comments. It is very difficult to address multiple negative statements using online avenues as a forum for complaints. We respect current and past resident’s privacy which is why we’ve reached out multiple times via phone & email with no response from you in regard to a mutual resolution. We understand that pest control issues are frustrating, and we do have pest control contractors on site weekly. It is difficult to manage the issue when basic housekeeping measures are not followed and have been addressed by management with no results from you which causes the issue to continue.
In regard to service, we pride ourselves on top notch customer service and have received numerous compliments on our maintenance team. If a service request is not reported, we cannot address the concern. We understand that the permit parking system can be a big change, but we are always here to help or answer any questions you may have. We do feel this system ...
will ensure all residents that are living here being part of the Wildwood Forest community will have ample parking.
As always, we appreciate all residents here at Wildwood Forest and are happy it is called home to so many.
