Roaches, will not address my concerns when i reach out
November 14, 2024roaches before you even move in i see other residents complaining about the same thing and it took three different fridges before they gave me one that worked ive gone through hundreds in wasted groceries because of it. wont even reply to my emails.Property Manager Responded
November 21, 2024Hello Kaleb, We are disappointed to read your comments. It is very difficult to address multiple negative statements using online avenues as a forum for complaints. We respect current and past resident’s privacy which is why we’ve reached out multiple times via phone & email with no response from you in regard to a mutual resolution. We understand that pest control issues are frustrating, and we do have pest control contractors on site weekly. It is difficult to manage the issue when basic housekeeping measures are not followed and have been addressed by management with no results from you which causes the issue to continue. In regard to service, we pride ourselves on top notch customer service and have received numerous compliments on our maintenance team. If a service request is not reported, we cannot address the concern. We understand that the permit parking system can be a big change, but we are always here to help or answer any questions you may have. We do feel this system ...will ensure all residents that are living here being part of the Wildwood Forest community will have ample parking. As always, we appreciate all residents here at Wildwood Forest and are happy it is called home to so many.

roach infestation
October 31, 2024they were roaches in the unit before I moved in. The model was extremely clean and very deceiving as soon as I bring up the roaches, the staff completely flip the coin and their attitudes completely change so clearly, even though they lied about it it is something they have dealt with most residents but they will lie and say you are the only one dealing with it. Very bad experience.
April 16, 2023I noticed that on 4/6 my carpet was soaked in front of my A/C closet. When I opened the door it was dripping water from above. The walls around the air intake where covered in black mold. I've been in the office six times to speak with the leasing agents and the manager to no success having it removed. Even the maintenance man said he wasn't going to fix it right in front of the leasing agent. I've sent in four repair reqests to have it fixed. I can't use my A/C until this is cleaned. Roaches everwhere
December 10, 2021The first time I walked into my apartment both sinks in the kitchen were full of roaches they use Orkin as their exterminator and I think they’re terrible because the roaches come back I think they should find a new exterminator it’s disgusting, and now with the new valet trash sitting outside your doors I’m sure that’s gonna bring more roaches because people don’t put their trash in the black trash cans that they gave you to they just throw them outside the door in the bags and normally they’re ...open and the trash stinks they have made an absolutely beautiful place into a trash dump and when I moved in there were burns on the counter in the kitchen and I took pictures and maintenance man came in and took pictures and nothing has been done , they advertise granite countertops but they say that they only go in the upgraded apartments well my neighbor moved out and they put new carpeting and flooring in and granite countertops, when I moved in they put new flooring and carpeting in so why is this not an upgraded apartment, trying to have the management do anything it’s like pulling teeth, i’m very sorry that I moved into this place and it’s a shame because the grounds are beautiful and the apartments are nice and they’d be nicer if they weren’t bug infestedRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 4, 2015Beautiful relaxing lake with a covered gazebo perfect for the stocked catch and release fishing. I love seeing families with their fishing poles sharing quality time. A turn of turtles that poke up now and then to see the two fountains sprinkling the surface. I love watching the water reflected on the patio ceilings.
