January 1, 2026Community is quiet, but there is a terrible pest problem. The cockroaches come in all shapes and sizes along with other bugs. I’ve spoken with other residents and they share this problem. No matter how many times you call pest control or try to keep the apartment clean. There is always bugs.Property Manager Responded

December 20, 2025Pricing is a little high rent wise since there aren’t any real upgrades There needs to be penalties for people that follow the trash guidelines. Residents don’t follow those and will have trash sitting outside for the entire weekend which since there have been more sighting of bugsProperty Manager Responded

November 21, 2025Maintenance is always quick to fix a repair, no matter how big or small. I have a one ongoing issue but I’m not worried about getting it resolved, they seem to genuinely care about their residents. October 26, 2025Overall it’s an ok place to stay short term. I don’t like seeing trash all day the day before trash is to be picked up. The landscaping could be better. Flowers hanging over sidewalks. The renovated apartments is a bandaid over the bad. Wasn’t happy with the smoke smell of the apartment when I moved in. Water pressure and temp. Painted tubs and walls are rough……. Overall it is ok. Being uncomfortable will force me to look for something else soonerProperty Manager Responded

October 7, 2025My experience thus far has been positive. Maintenance is trustworthy, competent and fast. Front office staff are accommodating and knowledgeable. I love the “no assigned” parking and the commitment to keeping to community aesthetically appealing. The community is clean, safe, and beautifully maintained, and the staff goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, and the amenities like the pool, fitness center, and common areas are always in great condition. I also really appreciate the quiet, friendly atmosphere and how convenient the location is to shops and restaurants.
