Great experience from start to finish. The leasing office was extremely helpful. We toured the area in December planning to get an apartment. We did not realize a townhome option was available until we were informed by the leasing office. They were patient and worked with us during the transition several months later. Even after running into a few administrative challenges, we were able to move in on time and within budget. So far, as I’m only 2 weeks in, the maintenance and office staff have ...

My experience has been pretty good. There are some items that I don't feel should be included; such as package delivery fees, and the trash can pick up time is not feesible to some. Overall, I have enjoyed my time at the complex.

The community is quiet and people are friendly. The location is convenient to Interstates and have a lot of places for shopping and dining.
The apartments are good, just could use some interior freshened up especially if you have been living here for over 5 years. Could use stronger water pressure for showering. Other than that nice place to live.
The grounds are kept clean and maintenance is always quick to come and fix issues.

I love it here!! Move in process was smooth and everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. Huge shoutout to Emily!! The few maintenance requests that I put in during the walkthrough were completed in a timely manner. Only issue I’d say is the paint job could’ve been cleaner. Overall still a good experience thus far after a few years. Neighbors are overall very nice, and this is quiet community. People love to walk, there are many amenities.
The only potential area of improvement is the types of people they hire cleaning the buildings, they rarely seem to do the full job.

I wish the gate stayed closed. It seems more open than closed these days. I also wish we could permanently put up a bug net on our balcony. I'm always eaten up by mosquitoes being so close to the trees.

Last year my tub started peeling and all I had to do was call maintenance and that was the end of my responsibility to that. All I had to do after that was just let people in to take care of it. People want to glorify owning a home, but dang not having the anxiety and financial burden of dealing with that is worth so much more to me. But also from horror stories I’ve heard it seems like I’ve got lucky with decent management.
