People love to walk, there are many amenities. The only potential area of improvement is the types of people they hire cleaning the buildings, they rarely seem to do the full job.

April 9, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comLast year my tub started peeling and all I had to do was call maintenance and that was the end of my responsibility to that. All I had to do after that was just let people in to take care of it. People want to glorify owning a home, but dang not having the anxiety and financial burden of dealing with that is worth so much more to me. But also from horror stories I’ve heard it seems like I’ve got lucky with decent management.

April 6, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comIt’s been good so far. They have been good overall during the move in process a little slow on some of our maintenance request. But it has been pretty quiet and clean.
