April 9, 2026Last year my tub started peeling and all I had to do was call maintenance and that was the end of my responsibility to that. All I had to do after that was just let people in to take care of it. People want to glorify owning a home, but dang not having the anxiety and financial burden of dealing with that is worth so much more to me. But also from horror stories I’ve heard it seems like I’ve got lucky with decent management.Review from Apartments.com

January 1, 2026Community is quiet, but there is a terrible pest problem. The cockroaches come in all shapes and sizes along with other bugs. I’ve spoken with other residents and they share this problem. No matter how many times you call pest control or try to keep the apartment clean. There is always bugs.Property Manager Responded

December 20, 2025Pricing is a little high rent wise since there aren’t any real upgrades There needs to be penalties for people that follow the trash guidelines. Residents don’t follow those and will have trash sitting outside for the entire weekend which since there have been more sighting of bugsProperty Manager Responded
