I moved in 12 years ago thinking it would only be temporary. It didn’t take long to realize I never wanted to live anywhere else. Management and their team are honest, kind, and always available. They’re truly accommodating and make everything feel effortless. This place isn’t just where I live — it’s home.

The staff here are awesome but the constant noise is unbearable. The wall is very thin so you can basically hear everything that your neighbor is doing. And I have never lived in a community where the leaf blower is being used this much, it drives me nuts.

We've lived here for 3 years and love it. Beautiful asks beautifully maintained. Fountains, flowers..a real oasis. Very convenient to NYC...only 40 minutes by train. Walk to shopping. 1 assigned parking space and plenty of unassigned parking included.
The apartments are large with loads of closet space. Beautiful hardwood floors.
We are very happy living here.

I lived here last year (2020-201), and had a wonderful experience. The property management team is friendly and responsive. The apartment I had was neat, appropriately budgeted for the area, and had a nice view of the gardens outside. Port Washington is a beautiful and quiet area to live in. Nice apartments for a family. Highly recommended!

Great location, walking distance to 2 shopping plazas and to the water. Quiet and relaxing courtyard (BBQs, water fountains, benches to work from outdoors). Staff is amazing and will go above and beyond to help. Maintenance is always around, quick to respond and grounds are kept clean at all times. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming - truly a community. If you are looking to be in a great location, close to NYC this is where you’ll want to be!
