Extremely Satisfied
July 25, 2024I moved in two months ago yesterday. I am very pleased and satisfied thus far. The property grounds are well-maintained, quiet, in a great location, and safe. The Leasing Manager, Linda, is terrific and extremely accommodating. The maintenance staff are also great (amiable, too). As other reviewers pointed out, it is a bit pricey (but I knew that going in). However, gas is included and heat and stove are gas...meaning $200-500 a month is factored into the rent. Oh, the scenery is just ...stunning.Property Manager Responded

Not Worth It
June 16, 2017I lived at Wilkeswood for 2 years and while It was in a good location, the price of rent is really quite ridiculous for what you get. I knew the price going into it, but was in a position where I had to make a very quick decision about moving in. The office staff is quite rude and very unhelpful. I was made to feel stupid anytime I had questions about anything or needed to file a maintenance request. The maintenance staff is also very rude. I wouldn't live here again or recommend it to ...anyone. No one wants to deal with these kinds of prices for an apartment with no character and rude staff. Overpriced and Money Hungry
July 10, 2016The apartments are unreasonably overpriced. They offer "contractor grade" units at higher class prices. Their customer service is unresponsive, they have fees for everything (including maintenance), and adjust your rent to the occupancy level when renewing your lease. I wouldn't recommend staying here longer than a one year contract term. Pros: pool, convenient location Cons: everything elseReview from Apartments.com
