October 9, 2024I was told by the manager and corporate management that I was approved for the apartment, and it was mine. So, I gave my notice to the place I was currently living. A month goes by I had sent in all my paperwork management said they received it, and the apartment was mine just waiting on some work to be done on the apartment. I called everyday at least 5 times a day for updates. Management is poor at answering so I had to call repeatedly. Just to be told 2 weeks before I had to be out of my ...current place that they in fact didn't have all my paperwork and I still needed to be approved by compliance. Paperwork finally gets sent to compliance the same week I had to be out of the currently place just for them to tell me 2 WEEKS LATER that I don't qualify, and they are giving the apartment to someone else. I am now homeless 32 weeks pregnant with a 6-year-old all due to this manager giving out empty promises.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
