Pretty pictures terrible experience

The pictures may look nice however their maintenance team doesn’t do an even adequate job when something needs to be fixed. Our carpet was not even attached to the floor boards along with being old and we were required to pay for a full replacement even though it was definitely not necessary due to our living there . When the washer and dryer unit broke 3 times in the year we were there they fixed it with used parts and didn’t even bother to fix it the 3rd time being we were moving in a month. ...
The leasing office will give you no communication or false information and not reason with you after mistakes are made on their end. Their elevator is never working and makes it difficult to get pets, groceries, or garbage up and down consistently especially on higher floors.
