January 24, 2014My wife and I found this apartment at William Reserve residence in July 2013 when we were in the process of moving to NW Suburbs. It was a pleasure to meet the staff. They were ready to help with any concerns and provide answers. We started a tour of a perfect two bedrooms apartment with Olga, which followed by filling out a rental application with Andrew. The process was fast and efficient as they are professional, effective, and a pleasure to work with. Location is great. Right off the Rand ...road in Palatine, couple minutes to Highway 53 exit. The building is conveniently located near Walmart, shopping centers, popular restaurants. The management is responsive and responsible. The neighborhood is safe. Overall, it's a great place to live!
