Stay clear
October 18, 2024If I could give this place 0 stars I would lived here for some time. I do not recommend this place. The rooms were not well insulated during the snow storms or heat waves. There was previous damage done to the rooms. Moving out, we got charged a fee for a damage that was previously there from terrible maintenance workers. The dishwashers had mold and almost caused fire. Outdated & over charged. Lots of nasty bugs. No appliances work in the fitness center. Great area for the simple fact of ...convenience. Worst staff ever. Would never come back.Property Manager Responded

November 16, 2018We just resigned a lease at Williamsburg Apartments. Can’t say enough about this place. We’ve lived here for a 1 1/2 yrs & just upgraded to a 2bedroom. Hendersonville is such a beautiful safe city & the staff at Williamsburg complements it very well. From office to maintenance, they have taken us in as family. The apartments are great, and wonderfuly taken care of, with beautiful grounds to let your kids play & go on walks. Great Management and Fast Maintenance
October 7, 2015It is an average complex. Super management staff and maintenance. I love them all. However, the new management company has come in and done upgrades to the apartments. They are a lot nicer on the inside but rates will increase substantially after lease comes up for renewal. :( I am not sure how much longer I will be able to afford to live here. :( The best thing about it is the open land to walk your dog or for kids to play.Review from Apartments.com

August 13, 2015I moved in to WILLIAMSBURG APARTMENT HOMES in 2011. IT IS SPACIOUS, MODERN, SAFE, HAS A GREAT SCREENED IN PATIO, MY DOG LOVES IT. ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUES ARE HANDLED IN A TIMELY MANNER. IF I AM NOT HOME I KNOW MY PACKAGES ARE SAFELY DELIVERED AT THE OFFICE. I HAVE MY OWN WASHER AND DRYER, AND PLENTY OF CLOSET SPACE!Review from Apartments.com
